Here are some of the ways I can assist when selling a home.
Before the offer
- Pricing — The most important thing I can do as your REALTOR® is properly estimate the value of your home. You’ll stress less while getting the highest possible price in the least amount of time.
- Market Knowledge — We’ll watch the market for changes which may affect this value. You’ll always know the numbers, and if necessary, what adjustments need to be made.
- Marketing — Allow me to introduce you to Listing Concierge. Exposure is everything when selling a home. Listing Concierge is a marketing plan reaching 100% of the buyer pool with internet, print and television advertising. This drives demand and attracts the highest possible price the market will bear.
- Communication — Staying in touch is something all sellers have a right to expect from their REALTOR®. You decide how regularly we speak — and of course, I’m always available should the need arise.
- Qualification of Buyers — Before considering an offer I’ll be sure the buyer is qualified. You’ll entertain only serious offers from serious buyers, sure to stay focused all the way to closing.
After the offer
- Negotiation Skill — There’s a balance between price, terms and conditions. With a strong negotiator, the deal goes forward and your interests are protected.
- Home Inspection — I’ll attend and observe the home inspection. This will protect you from unreasonable requests for closing cost concessions and unnecessary repairs.
- Home Appraisal — I’ll be present at the appraisal to explain anything that might influence the perceived value of your home.
- Listing to Close — These, along with countless other little details, will be handled in a timely fashion. You’ll rest easy knowing you’re in good hands.
