Before the offer

- Market Knowledge — With knowledge of the market, as well as your finances, you’ll be able to make a competitive offer.
- Making an Offer — Preparation and information go a long way toward having an offer accepted. When you work with me, you’ll not only be prepared — you’ll be informed.
After the offer
- Due Diligence — Once your offer is accepted there are tasks to complete and deadlines to meet. We’ll see to these in an orderly fashion — you’ll go right down the list.
- Teamwork — Attorney, lender, home inspector, insurance company — these are the people on your team. We’ll all be working hand in hand.
- Home Inspection — There are a number of remedies available when considering repairs, and I’ll describe your options in detail. You’ll be able to make the best choice for yourself.
- Clear to Close — So that no unforeseen issues arise, I’ll continue to assist you until getting up from the closing table, keys to your new home in hand.
